Monica Lin
Managing Partner, Executive Chairperson (16+ years’ experience)

• Monica is an experienced business strategist, chartered accountant and M&A specialist.
• She has significant private equity experience and has held senior positions at KPMG, Deloitte and Zion Capital where she led deal origination and execution in EMEA.
• Monica holds an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management and an MA in Economics from Peking University. At Hywin Wealth she is Executive Chairperson responsible for business strategy and finance.

Elias Mouzannar
Investment Executive

• Elias has been working in Wealth Management since he joined London Management Group (LMG) in 2012. He is still a Partner at LMG and is responsible for managing clients’ portfolios and advising professional clients. At Hywin, Elias is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for trade execution and transaction reporting.
• Prior to joining LMG, Elias worked at Credit Suisse in London where he was an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets Department working as an Equity Analyst in the HOLT team covering Emerging Markets. Before joining Credit Suisse in 2009, Elias was an analyst at HSBC in New York working in Emerging Markets Equity Sales covering New York and Boston based Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.
• Elias obtained a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business school in Paris and holds a Masters in Economics degree from Saint-Joseph University in Beirut.

Bhavin Vadher
Head of Compliance (20+ years’ experience)

• Bhavin is the Head of Compliance (SMF16 Compliance Oversight & SMF17 Anti-Money Laundering officer) at Hywin Wealth LLP UK.
• With over 20 years’ regulatory and compliance experience working within the UK financial services industry, in senior management positions.
• Bhavin has responsibility of overseeing our compliance and managing regulatory risk in line with FCA authorisation.
• Bhavin holds regulatory qualifications, including a Diploma in Investment compliance and regulation.

Tian Liu
Assistant Mortgage Advisor and Business Development Executive

• Tian joins the team as a CeMAP qualified mortgage advisor previously work at established mortgage lender and estate agency in prime London market.
• Experience working with and assisting High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices.
• Tian holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from SOAS, University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Cardiff University.
